NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This is notice that the Annual General Meeting of Street Football & Social Club will be held at The Social Club on Sunday 23rd August at 12.00 noon.
All members of the club as defined below are invited to attend although in line with current Covid-19 restrictions the numbers attending will be limited to 30 with priority given to existing Committee members/club officers and Managers & Coaches. Any member wishing to attend should give notice by email to the Vice-Chairman (antonyrandle@btinternet.com) who will advise not less than 48hrs beforehand if attendance is possible. If not then a Voting Form will be sent to enable the member to register his/her views on the Resolutions.
Members of the club are as follows:- Trustees, Life Members, Committee Members, Managers and Coaches, Players (who have signed a league registration form) and are members of the Sports and Social Club. Also Football Club members approved by the Committee and who are registered members of the Sports and Social Club.

5:- Adoption of financial accounts for 2019/20
6:- Election of officers for 2019/20 – nominations for officials signed by proposer and seconder should be sent to the Club Secretary at the email address at the head of this notice no later than Sunday 2nd August*
7:- Any other relevant business as advised to the vice-chairman in writing
