Street vs Cadbury Heath preview


Street are back in Western League action on Saturday 10th March and welcome Cadbury Heath to the Tannery Ground as the Cobblers look to continue their rich vein of form. In the reverse fixture back in October Street recorded a 4-0 win with Lewis Tasker, Harry Foster and Josh Wadham getting amongst the goals. Cadbury Heath are in ok form having only lost once in their last 4 games and have some what of a fixture pile up with 17 games still left to play before the end of April.

With only 13 games left to play its all to play manager Rich Fey is hoping the remaining home games ensures a strong end to the season and is willing the supporters to get behind the team "Tomorrow is another tough game but nice to be playing at home. We know with 13 games left to play 9 are at the Tannery we need to certainly use this to our advantage. Will utilise all of the squad in the coming matches and hopefully some good crowds can get behind us in what will be an entertaining 6 weeks"

Kick off is 15:00 with the turnstiles and bar open from 14:00, come and support he boys, up the Cobbs!

SPECIAL MASCOT!

Mascot for the day is little Callum Birch who is bravely fighting hard on his recovery from surgery to remove a brain tumour. Callum and his family will be the official match sponsors for the day and a collection will be held which will go towards continued fundraising efforts. An auction is being held at 6pm after the game with a chance to bid on hot air balloon flights, Yeovil Town tickets, Wheathill golf membership and other exciting items.
