1st vs 2nd at the Tannery!
Tuesday night football at the Tannery sees the top two face off in an exciting Western League Premier game as we move into the final 12 fixtures of the campaign. Willand handed the Cobblers only one of two league defeats back in August recording a 2-0 victory and will be hoping for more of the same as they look to reduce the 10 point deficit.
The Cobblers are in decent form going into the game and confidence will be high following their 5-0 win over Cadbury Heath on Saturday and manager Rich Fey is looking forward to the match up "Really excited and looking forward to the game. We are on a unbelievable run at the moment and again it’s nice to be playing in front of the home support. We have 12 games left and 8 at home and like Saturday we need to try and make home advantage count and not lose this game. Willand are a good side and need to win to close the gap so it’s all set up for a entertaining game"
