Street vs Brislington preview

Champions go for win 27

The games keep coming thick and fast for the recently crowned champions as Street enter into the last 4 league matches of what has been an incredible season. Another home game, this time we welcome Brislington to the Tannery Ground.

Street scored 6 in the reverse fixture back in September, their highest of the season, with Josh Wadham scoring a brilliant individual goal. Like many teams visiting recently, Brislington come into the game in ok form having only lost once in their last 5 games. Their schedule has been a little hectic and will be the 5th game they have played in the 9 days.

With the league sewn up the supporters are keen to see how long this winning run can go on for! It currently stands at 26 games, but manager Rich Fey is keen to just concentrate on the next game “4 more games to go and a chance to get another 3 points. After a convincing win Tuesday, securing the title and going 20 points clear I’m hoping the vocal Tannery support come out once more and give the lads the support they deserve. Everyone is available apart from Matt Hurley as he starts his suspension and we will shuffle the pack once more with Monday’s game in mind”

Not many places better then the Tannery at the moment. Can the boys notch win number 27? Come to find out! Bar and turnstiles open from 13:30, kick off is 15:00.
