Street vs AFC Totton preview

Easter football this Saturday as the Cobblers welcome AFC Totton to the Tannery Ground. Street opened their league campaign against Saturday's opposition back in August suffering a 2-0 reverse

Totton have had a steady season and currently sit in 8th place with as we enter the last few games of the season. Their latest result being a impressive 4-0 win over Bideford and are one of the top scoring teams in the division averaging over 2 goals a game.

Street were beaten 5-0 last Saturday against a free scoring Cirencester Town side, a scoreline that was harsh on the Cobblers but manager Rich Fey as always is remaining positive "Its going to be tough tomorrow against my pre season favourites. They are a good side and showed this at beginning of the season when they beat us and are one of the teams I was really impressed with. Rightly so with their infrastructure and players like Feeney and Bennett up top they should be a lot higher and I'm expecting a tough afternoon. We have unavailability again but will be competitive and I’m hoping a good crowd get behind the boys for the final 3 games of Southern League football"

Big thank you to Summer Land Air Conditioning for sponsoring the game and we also welcome mascot for the game and big Cobbler fan Finley Boyle!

Reminder that ladies have free admission for the game, turnstiles and bar open from 13:30 kick off is 15:00. Supporters player of the year votes will be taken over the last two home games.
