NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This is notice that the Annual General Meeting of Street Football Club will be held in The Clubhouse on Sunday 17th July 2022 at 10.30am.
All members of the club as defined below are invited to attend.
Members of the club are as follows:- Trustees, Life Members, Committee Members, Managers and Coaches, Players (who have signed a league registration form) and are members of the Football Club.

1:- Apologies for absence
2:- Approval of Minutes of 2021 AGM
3:- Matters arising
4:- Chairman’s report
5:- Adoption of financial accounts for 2021/22
6:- (a)Election of officers* for 2022/23 – nominations for officials signed by proposer and seconder should be sent to the Club Secretary at the email address at the head of this notice no later than Sunday 26th June.
(b)Appointment of new Committee members
7:- Membership reorganisation
8:- Any other relevant business as advised to the Co-Chairman in writing

*’Officers’ comprise Co-Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary; anyone wishing to join the Committee (where we are currently inviting new members with some vacancies to fill) should apply by no later than Sunday 3rd July by email to chairman@streetfc.co.uk with a statement of the capacity in which he/she feels they can serve the club. All applications will be considered at the AGM.
